Cocktail served for 60 min, includes cava, white, red or rosé wine.

Beer, water and soft drinks.

Camembert fried cream of avocado with crab, mouse of salmon on toast, mini empanada of meat (Argentine style), mini sandwich of lomitos and dates with bacon.

Starters

(Of all these options, one is chosen)

1- Cocktail of prawns in pink sauce
(celery, pineapple, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes).

2- Vitello tonnato.
(Thin slices of white veal cooked slowly served with tuna sauce and capers).

3- Marinated salmon with green leaves, capers and mustard and honey sauce.


4- Lobster bisque with vegetables and puff pastry.

Main dish

1- Pork sirloin stuffed with spinach served with gratin potato and boletus sauce.


2- Grilled gilthead with vegetable spaghetti and Möet Chandon sauce.


3- Poupieta of baked sole served with seasonal vegetables and Menier sauce.


4- Escalopes of angus veal with tomato and mozzarella accompanied by Duphinoise potatoes.

In the case of two dishes in between (meat and fish)
a lemon sorbet and cava will be served

Dessert

1- Fruit Macedonia with ice cream.
2- Chocolate ingot with strawberry sauce.
3- Pannacotta of figs.

During dinner, white, red or rosé wine and water will be served.
The price of the menu with cocktail, entree,
fish, sorbet, meat and dessert is 85.00 € p.p.

If they wanted only one main course and without sorbet it is 75.00 € p.p.
We can make the cake at a cost of 18 € KG.
