To call him an “artist” would be the perfect way to define the originality of his wonderful culinary creations. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to a family with Polish roots, he has enriched his identity even more through a mixture of cultures. His inspiration was sparked when he worked at the Hotel San Martin and his enrollment in the School of Hotel & Restaurant Management did nothing more than awaken his culinary restlessness which then led him to work in different parts of the world.
He has received various awards including being nominated for a Michelin Star in 2016.
