With over 10 years’ experience in the Marbella and a recommendation for a Michelin Star for their previous restaurant, Soliluna, Manager Isabel Dominguez and Chef Daniel Kozak have gained a reputation for food of the highest quality and a friendly service unequalled on the Coast. Every effort is made to ensure that each dish is prepared with the maximum attention to detail and served by a professional and friendly team.

Slow Food is an international trend started in Italy which goes against the standardisation of taste and promotes the spread of a new philosophy of taste, combining pleasure with awareness.If we think of taste, pleasure and technique, we think of Daniel Kozak. He is a chef charts a new course in cookery, with natural food from the market and an innovative approach. To call him an “artist” would be the perfect way to define the originality of his wonderful culinary creations.Born in Buenos Aires to a family with Polish roots, he has enriched his identity even more through a mixture of cultures. His inspiration was awakened when he worked at the Hotel San Martin and his enrollment in the school of hotel & restraint management did nothing more than awaken his culinary restlessness which then led him to work in different parts of the world.

He has received various awards including being nominated for a Michelin Star in 2016.

About our Menu

On our menu you will find a variety of dishes carefully prepared by our Chef Daniel, who is always at the forefront of new trends in international cuisine. Our extensive Modern Mediterranean Menu includes many traditional dishes like paella, fish and seafood, as well as a wide variety of meats, prepared on the Argentinian grill. We also have an excellent selection of freshly prepared , salads and sandwiches, grilled octopus, lobster fettuccine as well as home-made desserts and much, much more. Only the freshest and best quality ingredients go into each and every one of the items on our menu. Every dish is carefully prepared by one of our team of chefs. We also take pride in our Wine Menu.
